Learn to Swim and Play the Water Polo Way



Participants develop strong swimming skills while learning a fun, spirited, team sport.


Regina Water Polo offers recreational (ages 6+) and competitive (ages 9+) programs.  Detailed information can be found under the "Programs" tab on the menu above.

 

Open House and Free Trial Practice


Come out and try it for free!  Participants will have the opportunity to get in the pool and be introduced to the fantastic game of water polo.  Please compete the "Try Water Polo" form to attend the Open House/Free Trial Practice.


LOCATION: University of Regina Pool

DATES:   Sunday, September 4th at 1:30 pm or Wednesday, September 7th at 5:30 pm

2016 National Championships Recap

Congratulations to all of the RWPA athletes who travelled to Montreal on May 27-29th as part of Team Saskatchewan.

RWPA had many athletes who played as part of Team Saskatchewan at the National Championships and walked away with multiple success'.

19U Women - Silver Medallists

16U Girls - Silver Medallists - congrats to Blaire McDowell on winning the league MVP award!

16U Boys Gold Medallists, and repeat as the National Championships.  Special Congrats to Victor Bautista who won the Coach of the Year award!

RWPA Athletes Playing with Team Utah

Some great news, and additional playing opportunities for several RWPA Athletes.

Through a connection with Utah Premier Water Polo, RWPA will be sending athletes to play in the Mountain Qualifiers, as well as the USA Water Polo Junior Olympics. (This is the "National Championship" Tournament for USA Water Polo.)

All will be playing on the Utah Premier Teams.

Playing with the 18U Men will be: Brody McKnight, Jake Morris, and Jaime Flaman.

Playing with the 18U Women will be: Katie Campbell, Keara Boan, and Devyn Smith

Playing with the 16U Boys will be: Bryden Goosen, Stephen Gloade, and Callin Chimilar.

Playing with the 16U Girls will be Blaire McDowell, Breanna Dupperon, and Adrien VanDyke.

Congrats to all players.  We know you'll represent RWPA and Water Polo Saskatchewan with pride!

Team Canada National Team Selection

Congratulations to RWPA athletes Brodie, Stephen, Jake and Bryden for making the long list selection for the Team Canada 18U mens national team.  This is the team that will be representing Canada at the World Championships in Montenegro the August.

Congratulations to RWPA Athletes Keara, Katie, and Adrien for making the long list selection for the Team Canada Womens national team.  This is the team that will be representing Canada at the World Championships in New Zealand this December.

2016 Team Saskatchewan (U16 and U19)

Congratulations to the U16 and U19 RWPA players who competed with Team Saskatchewan in the 2016 National Championship League Season.

The U19 Ladies finish in 1st place in the West and are headed to Montreal to compete in National Championships at the end of May.  Congrats to Keara, Adrien, and Katie for Being selected to the Western All-Star Team.

The U19 men finished in 5th spot overall and will not be heading to Montreal.  This is a strong team and has many big years of success to come!

The U16 Ladies finished in 2nd spot in the Western Conference and will be travelling to Montreal to compete in the National Championships.  Congrats to Blaire, and Breanna for making the Western All-Star team.

The U16 Boys finished in 1st place in the West and are headed to Montreal to compete in the National Championships at the end of May.  Congrats to Stephen and Brodie for making the Western All-Star Team.

This is the first time Team Sask has sent 3 teams to compete in National Finals.  Hats off the the great coaches and volunteers who make all of these programs a success!

Congratulations to all of the RWPA Athletes who played on the Team Saskatchewan U16 Boys team in 2015.  They capped the season off with a National Championship win, and now have been awarded 2015 SportSask Team of the Year!

Congratulations to everyone who helped make last season such a success!
